If you have used these filters before then you know just how much hard water build-up can accumulate on them. If you haven''t used them before, then just take my word, you really don''t want all that mineral deposit in your coffee. Using these filters really does make my coffee taste so much better, and the price is very reasonable for the length of time I can continue to use these filters. I seriously recommend using these filters.
We ordered these and the charcoal was leaking out. I contacted GE to see if they could still be used, and they said "Absolutely not." The pod itself was broken and I would get charcoal in my coffee. (Yum?)
Price is a little high, shipping was fast just insufficient packaging. Refund was quick as well.
I would have liked for them to offer us a replacement as I would have given them a second try. Who knows maybe my parcel guy went all Ace Ventura on his packages that day? But it was never offered.
Bottom Line: If you get these, and there is black dust all over it DO NOT USE. Return it for full refund.
