I purchased this to go along with kiddo''s lunch bag and the dang thing LEAKS, even when it''s closed all the way. In addition, it''s extremely difficult for little hands to open and close the top... which it shouldn''t be, since it is made for kids.That said, I threw this thing away and got a no-spill sippy by Playtex for the lunchbox and it works sooooooo much better.
I bought this for my 5 year old son and it hasn''t been working out well. Firstly, you have to push down on the mouth nozzle very hard before it''d close and even then, trickles of water still leaks especially if it''s laid down. My son has this in his bag, which he tosses around like a rag! Therefore the water always spills, and wets everything in his bag.
The metal also dents fairly easily. Although it is cute, it isn''t very durable and not recommended for clumsy school goers, unless you don''t mind a dimpled bottle that wobbles on the table.
